Never again will you struggle for something to do, as Jacamo has been searching high and low for some of the best (and strangest) things for you to do over the next seven days.
Everyone loves a celebration and with Jacamo you can celebrate everyday with some of the quirkiest (and genuine) days around.
Jacamo’s Event of the Week
National Winter Ales Festival Wednesday 23rd – Saturday 26th January 2013
With a selection of over 300 beers, ciders and parries, the National Winter Ales Festival is always a favourite on Jacamo’s calendar. We’re going to have to make the most of it this year though, as it’s moving away from Jacamo’s hometown of Manchester to Derby in 2014. Make sure you keep your CAMRA endorsed beard in check with one of our fantastic electric shavers. See you at the bar!
Also on this month…
National Penguin Awareness Day – 20th January 2013
What better way than to show your love and appreciation for our waddling friends by wearing something from our Penguin clothing range. P p p pick up a penguin today to feel the part.
National Hugging Day – 21st January 2013
You probably never need an excuse to give someone a hug, but today you are given a free pass. Make the most of it, as this day is but once a year…just pick your hugging victims carefully!
National Pie Day – 23rd January 2013
Celebrate the food of the gods on National Pie Day. Popular in Wigan and with fans of Wigan Warriors for many years, take some time out today for a pie shaped treat. You deserve it!
Measure Your Feet Day – 23rd January 2013
Quite why this day exists is anyone’s guess, but why not take today as a subtle prompt to make sure you’ve got yourself a pair of great fitting shoes or trainers and at Jacamo we go up to size 15.
Potatoes!
Why not check out some of the UK’s best potato offerings. Known as potato days, events are happening all around the country in the months of January and February. Think beer festival, but instead of ale, spuds! If you get the urge to start planting and growing your own, check out our range of men’s boots which will keep your feet warm and dry.
